An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international cosmetics business as a Sales and Education Manager. Working within a positive, energising culture geared toward the achievement of excellence, you will find outstanding job satisfaction daily. This role requires travel across the North of England.
The Sales and Education Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the partner portfolio in the North, covering around 30 doors. You will be at the forefront of the brand, educating and engaging beauty advisors in-store. Your goal will be to inspire others to achieve brand goals, increase awareness, and boost retail sales. Additionally, you will ensure all brand guidelines and operational standards are maintained across all stores.
The ideal candidate should have strong training experience, a proven track record of achieving and building territory sales targets and KPIs, and experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry. Cosmetic artistry experience is a plus but not necessary.
