42 Hours weekly, Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturday on Rota 8am-2pm (paid as overtime)
£30,000 per annum with a £34,800 OTE
Lookers Mercedes Benz of Stourbridge is recruiting an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team, which includes Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians, and our friendly Service Manager, Nathan Crage.
With ongoing investment to transform the dealership into a state-of-the-art showroom, Mercedes Benz of Stourbridge is the place to be.
As a Service Advisor, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development and learn from our current Service Manager.
Responsibilities
* Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for customers
* Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories beneficial to the customer
* Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organize and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes
* Managing a high volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
* Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining effective communication during vehicle servicing
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems with booking details
Qualifications
You must have lots of energy, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service every time. Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities are essential, along with the capability to explain technical information clearly and concisely. Previous experience using Kerridge / ADP is advantageous, as is knowledge of other dealer systems.
You should be a great team player but also able to work independently using your initiative. We want to hear from those who have worked in similar automotive roles and are passionate about customer service and cars!
