* Manage and convert new business enquiries emanating from Lockton’s regional offices and Account Executives
* Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and unlock Trade Credit opportunities within existing portfolios
* Act as a subject matter expert for Trade Credit, supporting and educating colleagues who may be less familiar with the product
* Partner with Account Executives to position Trade Credit solutions effectively to clients
* Support the growth of Trade Credit within Lockton’s mid-market client base, aligning with wider strategic growth plans
* Work closely with a team of experienced Policy Managers who will manage the day-to-day servicing of clients
* Maintain strong relationships with insurers and stay close to market developments

Qualifications
About the Team
You will report into the Head of Trade Credit and join a well-established team supported by highly experienced Policy Managers who provide deep technical and servicing expertise.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Trade Credit insurance (broker or insurer background)
* Strong understanding of credit risk, debtor books, and insurer appetite
* Experience working with or alongside Account Executives / client-facing brokers
* Ability to influence and educate internally; this is critical to success in the role
* A proactive, relationship-driven approach with a track record of converting opportunities
* Existing network (e.g. lenders, finance providers, clients) is advantageous but not essential
* Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities
