Senior Football Coach – We Make Footballers Sutton
We Make Footballers Sutton is looking for a Senior Coach to lead and support our weekly football sessions. This role involves working within a team of coaches to deliver engaging training sessions and lead matches for groups of up to 20 players.
At We Make Footballers, we provide high-quality football coaching for children aged 4-13, welcoming players of all abilities. Our mission is to help each player reach their full potential by developing their individual skills and mastering football fundamentals.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking passionate and experienced coaches with a background in grassroots or commercial coaching and child behaviour management. Ideally, candidates will hold an FA Level 1 coaching qualification and First Aid certification.
Coaches who drive and are willing to transport equipment will be rewarded for their commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, structured training sessions that focus on skill development and teamwork

* Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques through continuous development
Availability Required:
* Wednesday: 5:45 - 8:00 PM
* Thursday: 5:30 - 8:00 PM
* Saturday: 9:30 - 11:30 AM
