About the Role
We’re looking for a Administrator to join our team in Evesham. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative functions across our operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and in line with company procedures.
This role involves working closely with colleagues, clients, and service users to deliver accurate, timely and professional support. You’ll be responsible for handling communications, managing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring customer experience remains central to everything we do.
Role Responsibilities
1. Supporting administrative tasks across void property operations and internal departments
2. Recording and responding to client, contractor, and service user communications relating to void works
3. Managing materials requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing processes for void refurbishment and repair activities
4. Inputting cost data to support the timely completion, sign-off, and billing of void property work orders
5. Coordinating with operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors to support efficient turnaround of vacant properties
6. Monitoring progress of void works and liaising with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely updates are shared
7. Assisting with scheduling appointments, access arrangements, and property readiness activities
8. Maintaining company assets in line with policy and reporting any damages
9. Attending meetings and training sessions as required
10. Upholding high standards of professionalism, health & safety, and customer care throughout the process
Key Criteria
11. Experience in an administrative environment, ideally within the social housing sector
12. Proven ability to manage administrative processes accurately and efficiently
13. Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy office setting
14. Strong time management, planning, and organisational skills
15. Confident using computerised systems and Microsoft Office applications
16. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
17. Strong customer service ethos with a professional approach to all interactions
18. Ability to liaise effectively with service users, colleagues, and external stakeholders
19. Willingness to attend meetings and training sessions as required
20. Commitment to maintaining high standards of health & safety and company procedures
