The Role
We’re working with an established, award-winning events organiser to recruit an accomplished marketing professional to step into a leadership role within a respected B2B events portfolio.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-impact campaigns and meaningful results across a range of projects and initiatives. This role blends strategy and execution — ideal for someone who can balance creativity with commercial focus, people leadership with operational excellence, and big-picture thinking with practical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a multi-skilled marketing and content team to deliver engaging, performance-driven campaigns.
* Develop and oversee marketing strategies that strengthen audience engagement and business growth.
* Guide the creation and execution of communication plans across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and adaptability.
* Collaborate with digital, data, and commercial teams to optimise performance, enhance technology use, and support revenue growth.
* Oversee key brand initiatives, including the evolution of core projects and events within the portfolio.
* Maintain oversight of budgets, performance reporting, and strategic forecasting to ensure efficient delivery.
* Support cross-functional collaboration to maximise visibility, engagement, and customer experience across all activities.
About You
You’ll be a confident and collaborative marketing leader with a proven record of success in driving campaigns and managing teams in fast-paced, results-focused environments.
You combine creative thinking with analytical rigour, and you know how to motivate others to deliver their best work. You’re as comfortable presenting to senior leadership as you are rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
