About this role
As a Team Leader you’ll give day‑to‑day support to your team, ensuring they consistently deliver great service to everyone who comes to the café. The role is front‑of‑house, dealing directly with customers and serving food and drink. You’ll have a love of working with people, a positive can‑do attitude and a desire to provide outstanding service. You’ll use your excellent eye for detail to keep displays and signs accurate and food looking its best, and will occasionally help the kitchen team with food preparation. In addition, you’ll supervise the induction and training of colleagues to build a dedicated team. We provide induction tailored to the role, training in allergens and food safety, and mentoring support. You can sign up for further professional training and development if you wish.

Salary: £25,837.50 per annum / £13.25 per hour
Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
