We’re on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Knowlsey Industrial Park. This is a key role focused on driving growth and expanding market presence across their core solutions: Managed Print Services, Document Management, and Smart Locker Systems. Key Responsibilities: •Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits. •Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients across various sectors. •Understand client needs and present tailored proposals and product demonstrations. •Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. •Maintain and manage your pipeline using Pipedrive CRM. •Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and create engaging sales materials. •Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. •Provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring satisfaction and spotting opportunities to upsell.
