Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers and Executives. Set clear performance goals and foster continuous improvement. Drive a culture of collaboration, excellence, and customer-centric thinking. Business Development: Personally own and develop key sales opportunities within Financial Services. Create and execute sector-specific sales strategies. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver compelling proposals. Customer Success & Communication: Ensure smooth transitions from sale to delivery. Proactively grow existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities. Monitor customer satisfaction and drive solution adoption. Industry & Product Expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of cloud-based CX/CCaaS solutions and industry trends. Present ROI-focused value propositions to senior decision-makers. Support and mentor the sales team in developing product expertise. About You: Bachelor’s degree, 2:1 or above, solid educational background, and industry experience. Extensive business development or enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS or cloud services. Proven success meeting/exceeding revenue targets. Skilled in influencing and negotiating with C-level stakeholders. Experience managing high-performing sales teams. Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes. Background in Financial Services or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
