We are seeking a versatile Production operator with Strong IT Skills to support both IT systems and day-to-day production line activities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a blended skill set across IT and manufacturing. This is a hands-on role combining approximately 30% IT support with 70% production assistance, ideal for someone who enjoys both technical troubleshooting and practical work in a very fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact within the business for all IT-related queries, the successful candidate will: Assist with day to day production activities. Support Production teams with equipment setup and troubleshooting. Operate Production and Laser machines, support production schedule and complete orders as requested. Provide first-line IT support across hardware, software, and network systems. Support Operatives with production systems and software Liaise with external IT Providers where required.
