About you...
Experience as a head chef, chef manager, kitchen manager, or senior sous chef in a busy, premium, fresh food environment is essential. You will be responsible for the food culture, working closely with the pub manager, formulating seasonal menus, and leading your team. Confidence in leadership, inclusivity, and business acumen are required to manage stock, GPs, and labour effectively.
