As part of the Tesco team, you'll work in a dynamic retail environment, supporting customers with their foreign exchange needs to ensure a smooth travel experience.
What will you be doing?
* Building relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
* Becoming a trusted travel money advisor, promoting Travelex products and services.
* Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Meeting procedural, operational, and customer service goals.
* Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
* Following legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
