* Title: Associate or Senior Associate

* Salary:£40,000–£60,000
* PQE: 1+
* Experience: Solid litigation background in subrogated recoveries or coverage litigation

* Manage a technically challenging caseload, including:
* Complex property damage claims (fire, flood, construction, environmental, chemical)
* Subrogated recovery actions and coverage disputes
* General liability and insurance litigation
* Collaborate with colleagues across Manchester, Birmingham, and London offices.
* Contribute to wider commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes.
Candidate background
* Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ PQE
* Experience in property damage, insurance litigation, recoveries, or commercial litigation
* Strong skills in legal drafting, analysis, and client communication
* Commercially aware, proactive, and motivated to grow with the team
