We specialise in the installation and maintenance of high-quality electronic security systems, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access Control, and Automated Gates. Based in Crewe, we serve clients both locally and throughout the UK.
The Role
As aKey Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of EPG’s commercial client base across Cheshire, Staffordshire, South Manchester, and Merseyside. Working closely with the leadership team, your focus will be on generating new sales, securing service contracts, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business key account opportunities in the region.
* Generate your own sales leads, set appointments, and close deals with large key commercial clients.
* Consistently achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular feedback and relationship management.
* Conduct site visits, assess security needs, and design tailored solutions in line with industry best practices.
* Maintain accurate records and customer interactions using CRM tools.
* Build strong client relationships, leveraging referrals to expand sales opportunities.
* Oversee project progress and provide system demonstrations during final client handovers.
* Prepare and manage documentation in line with company processes.
What We’re Looking For:
* A proactive and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
* Proven track record innew business saleswithin a similar sector, with measurable success.
* Experience working towards and exceeding targets/KPIs.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
* Ahunter mentality, with a strategic approach to sales and business growth.
* Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
