What you will bring
* Experience with project planning and implementation
* Experience working with Microsoft servers
* Experience managing Microsoft 365
* Experience with common network infrastructure devices
* Excellent verbal and written communication, with an eye for detail
* Willingness to listen and then ask relevant questions to help diagnose technical and application issues
* Customer oriented and calm under pressure
* Ability to follow process
