The Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will support all business areas under South Staffordshire Plc, handling Tier 1 & 2 HR services such as disciplinary and grievance administration, flexible work requests, and family-friendly workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be the first point of contact for HR queries from management and employees.
2. Manage onboarding processes, including contracts and HRIS updates.
3. Administer family-friendly and flexible working policies, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance.
4. Support HR Advisors with employee relations issues, managing correspondence and documentation.
5. Provide exit interview data to help improve employee retention.
Qualifications & Skills
* Attention to detail and process orientation
* Knowledge of employee statutory entitlements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Organized with the ability to multitask
* Professionalism and discretion
* Proactive problem-solving attitude
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years HR experience
* Working towards CIPD Level 3 or 5
