Our client provides a warm, inclusive, and stimulating setting where children can thrive through play, exploration, and care. They are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator who can provide outstanding provision while promoting the highest standards of safeguarding, safety, and wellbeing.
About the Role:
* Deliver high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for all children.
* Create an enabling environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
* Ensure all safeguarding and welfare procedures are followed to keep every child safe and secure.
* Build strong, positive relationships with families and carers.
* Maintain accurate learning journals and development records for each child.
* Support with day-to-day routines including mealtimes, hygiene, and care needs.
* Actively contribute to team meetings, training, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (or willingness to work towards it).
* A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Strong awareness of safeguarding, with the ability to act appropriately when needed.
* Organised, professional, and able to multitask in a busy nursery setting.
* A positive team player, flexible and calm under pressure.
* An interest in outdoor learning, gardening, or cooking is desirable.
