Job Description
Do you love sports or have a passion for excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, delivering top-tier customer service and maintaining high standards daily. Working in our vibrant Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are alike. You'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers' needs.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll be part of the Shop team, serving customers and fostering rapport to encourage repeat business. Are you ready to launch a successful career?
What you will do
1. Deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Promote safer gambling practices.
3. Take bets on various sports and events.
4. Handle customer transactions, including cash handling.
5. Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
6. Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
7. Work towards set targets and goals.
8. Maintain high shop standards.
9. Open or close the shop as needed.
Working patterns
Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8 am - 10 pm, depending on location, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 16 hours, comprising long opening or closing shifts, shorter evening shifts, and varying weekly schedules. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We believe in a healthy work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.
Qualifications
* You must be 18 years or older to work in our betting shops.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong relationship-building and effective communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
* Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
