Overview
Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. As a Finance Lead within Consumer Operations, you will shape the future of the UKs largest mobile network, partnering closely with teams, guiding decisions, delivering efficiencies, and supporting transformation.
Responsibilities
* Own financial planning for Consumer Operations opex, shape forecasts, budgets, and long‑term plans.
* Provide month‑end analysis, helping leaders understand performance and feel confident.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with operational teams, offering supportive challenge and meaningful insight.
* Uncover opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, using data to tell a clear story.
* Support the development of business cases, staying close to outcomes and sharing learnings.
* Play a key role in bringing teams and processes together, encouraging continuous improvement.
* Maintain strong governance, proactively identifying risks and working to resolve them.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of operational finance in a Consumer Operations or similar environment.
* Professional finance qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) or working towards one.
* Experience building positive partnerships and influencing outcomes with empathy.
* Keen eye for detail, pride in accuracy, delivering high‑quality work.
* Enthusiasm for collaboration, inclusive team environment.
* Curiosity and openness to new ideas, passion for continuous improvement.
* Comfortable working with data, using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate insights.
