You will be part of a collaborative, well-resourced group that works closely with other specialist teams including Real Estate, Employment, Private Wealth, and Commercial/IP to provide a full-service offering. The firm prides itself on its collegiate culture, quality of work, and supportive environment that encourages progression and development.
The Role
You will work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including:
* Mergers and acquisitions (share and asset sales/purchases)
* Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
* Shareholder and joint venture arrangements
* Private equity and venture capital investments
* General company law and corporate governance matters
The role offers direct client contact, involvement in business development, and the opportunity to play a key role in high-quality transactions alongside experienced partners and senior associates.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE, although all levels will be considered)
* Solid grounding in corporate transactional work, ideally with experience in M&A
* Strong technical ability combined with a commercial and client-focused approach
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
