The Role
You will support experienced lawyers on a broad range of trademark matters, working with an impressive client base and gaining exposure to high-value, complex work.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with UK and international trademark filings
* Managing trademark portfolios and maintaining records
* Conducting trademark searches and reporting findings
* Preparing documents for oppositions, renewals, and assignments
* Liaising with clients, overseas agents, and official bodies
* Monitoring deadlines and ensuring matters progress smoothly
* Supporting solicitors on wider brand protection matters
About You
* Previous 1+ years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal or within IP administration
* Strong understanding of trademark procedures and filings
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
