Here at Real Energy Limited, we are extremely passionate about helping as many people as we can be aware that there is government funding for heating measures. We want to keep everybody's gas bills as small as possible – so installing the most efficient measures goes a very long way in reducing those bills.

We have been helping potential customers obtain a free, or discounted boiler since 2019 We have a network of installers, surveyors and gas safe engineers, that stretch across the UK.

Our ethos is one of quality and service, delivered on a sustainable basis through trusted partnerships. We will always put our customers first and ensure the individual's needs inform our offering and decision making.

As such we can deliver improvements on a property by property basis or provide area-based and largescale refurbishments.

We are seeking a professional administrator to work in our busy office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office, scheduling events and meetings, representing the company in a professional manner and communicating with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Update and maintain a master list of contacts.
* Organise workplace documents.
* Manage the booking calendar for surveyors.
* Coordinate with customers for queries, bookings and documentation.
* Coordinate with Lead Generators

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

* Confident with Microsoft Office packages
* Previous administrative experience required (1-2 years)
* Polite telephone manner
* Must be fluent in English
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workloads effectively
* Excellent telephone skills and the ability to respond positively and effectively.
* Competent in taking and forwarding messages accurately and promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

* Birmingham, B11 2AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

* Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
