WHAT YOU'LL DO: This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where you'll work on the assembly, testing, and design of custom wiring harnesses built to exact specifications. Whether you’re experienced or just starting your career, you’ll receive full support and training in a structured and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Loom Assembly: Build bespoke wiring looms to precise System 25 specifications. Following Drawings: Accurately interpret and work from technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Inspection & Testing: Perform thorough inspection and electrical testing to ensure reliability and performance. Stock Handling: Support stock intake and organisation of components. Loom Design: Assist in the development of tailored harness designs for specialist applications. Optional On-Site Work: Occasional opportunities for project or event support (not required). ? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We’re open to all levels of experience - from skilled technicians to complete beginners. What matters most is a great attitude and a willingness to learn. A friendly, positive mindset with strong attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Over 18 years of age. Full UK driving licence (or test booked). Interest in electronics, mechanics, or engineering (helpful but not essential). Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant subject is ideal - but not required for trainees. �?
