Conduct searches and investigations on property titles. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in property transactions. Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently. Assist in the preparation of contracts, leases, and other legal agreements. Provide support to solicitors and other team members as required.
