Quality & Regulatory Lead London (2 days) / Hybrid Strong salary & package We’re partnering with a high-growth, founder-led wellness brand that’s scaling rapidly across the UK and international markets. They’re now looking for a Quality & Regulatory Lead to come in and take real ownership of compliance, quality systems and technical governance as the business continues its expansion across new regions and product formats. This is a build role, not a maintenance one. You’ll be stepping into a business that has achieved significant growth and momentum, and now needs someone to bring structure, clarity and direction across regulatory and quality – without slowing the pace down. The Role This is a broad, hands-on position sitting close to product and leadership, with responsibility across: Leading regulatory compliance across multiple markets (UK, EU, international) Building and improving quality systems, processes and documentation Managing claims, pack copy and product information to ensure compliance Working closely with 3rd party manufacturers to define and uphold standards Supporting new product launches and expansion into new formats Bringing a commercially aware approach to technical risk and decision-making What We’re Looking For Experience in supplements, wellness, or nutritional products category (including meal replacement / functional nutrition) Background within growth / challenger brands (SME → scale-up) Comfortable covering technical, quality, and regulatory – not just one lane Experience (or exposure) to building frameworks such as recall procedures, documentation, and future QC structures Strong understanding of multi-market compliance (UK/EU essential, wider exposure a plus) Proactive, hands-on and confident influencing stakeholders Why This Role?
