Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and manage the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards while enforcing quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Deliver training to your team to ensure understanding of requirements and processes.
- Collaborate with management to monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Encourage open communication, providing feedback and support to team members.
- Conduct problem-solving initiatives to address any operational challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
- Effective leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities to enhance production efficiency.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with team members and management.
- Ability to remain calm in a busy production environment.
Shift & Salary
Shift & Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off – Rolling Shift / 06:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs. Salary: £14.49 per hour.
