The HR Reporting and Analytics Consultant is a really interesting role, working as a key part of the People Services team and collaborating with multiple key stakeholders across the wider business.
The successful HR reporting professional will play an important role in developing and enhancing HR MI and reporting capability, designing and maintaining a suites of reports in order to provide valuable outputs and insights.
The Role:
* Develop and enhance HR MI and reporting capability by designing and maintaining a suite of reports – monthly, quarterly, annually and ad hoc requests
* Responsible for extracting and consolidating information from HR and other internal systems
* Analyse and present results and outputs in a range of formats in order to provide meaningful insights
* Present technical data in visual, easy to interpret formats
* Provide insights that will facilitate the delivery of internal/external HR requirements, change initiatives and shape the development and delivery of the overall HR people plan
* Identify and implement system process improvements eg automating checks and trackers
The Person:
* Advanced Excel skills and knowledge
* Experience of HR reporting and analytics using a range of HR systems eg Oracle, iTrent
* Experience of using business objects or Power BI
* Understanding of analytics – ability to interpret and translate as well as deliver messages to non-technical audiences
* Ability to challenge stakeholders
* Experience working as part of a team
* A very high attention to detail, with the desire and initiative to work to a high standard
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Must be self-motivated and proactive
* Tableau experience would be advantageous
* Knowledge of recruitment and fair employment would be advantageous
