Full job description Drivers Mates Required
We are looking for Drivers Mates to assist distribution teams and we welcome keen applicants with a great work ethic and attitude to join the team.
Our clients are based throughout Lanarkshire and specialise in home and business deliveries along with multi drop deliveries ranging from white goods, sofa, bed or cabinet deliveries.
Experience preferred however not necessary as training will be provided.
Start time will vary from 5:30am to 8am.
Responsibilities include;
Carry out home and business deliveries.
Move customers' goods carefully without damaging contents.
Deliver white goods, sofas and other furniture as part of a two man delivery team.
Preferable attributes:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Must be physically fit as heavy lifting is involved
Hard working attitude
Work quickly and efficiently, paying very close detail to the delicate items you may be handling
Good time-keeping skills
Must be reliable
Friendly and communicative
