The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join the specialist Design Team. Youll play a key role in delivering projects across the UK, working on both new build and refurbishment schemes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Producing technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stages 26
Creating 3D Revit models from concept through to construction issue information
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, producing and reviewing working drawings/specifications
Preparing planning, building control, and construction issue drawings
Attending client meetings and site visits, liaising with contractors and providing technical advice
The Ideal Candidate
Strong background in residential/housing projects
Experience with Design & Build contracts
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit desirable but not essential)
Proven experience in a design office with excellent technical ability
Knowledge of building and planning regulations/procedures
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Leadership qualities to support and mentor junior team members
