Playwork Assistant
Salary: £13 – £15 per hour

They are currently seeking a motivated Playwork Assistant to help them deliver exceptional childcare in the heart of Puckeridge.
Overview of the Role
As a Playwork Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a vibrant and secure atmosphere where children can learn, play, and grow. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, creating staff rotas, planning engaging activities, and supervising day-to-day operations of the club.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience in a childcare setting is essential.
2. Minimum Level 2 Qualification in Childcare or Playwork.
3. Full driving licence and ability to drive to local schools.
4. Willingness to attend training in Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, and 12-hour Paediatric First Aid.
5. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.
7. A sense of humour that enhances the enjoyment of the children.
