Sheehy Toyota of Stafford is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants who want to advance their careers in sales. This is an opportunity to turn your proven track record of excellent customer service and sales skills into profits. We are looking for energetic, highly motivated, and result-driven team players who not only want to close sales but also to turn new buyers into lifetime customers. Responsibilities
1. Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
3. Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
4. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the product features, warranty, and paperwork to foster customer loyalty
5. Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
6. Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
7. Develop new business through personal marketing efforts such as direct mail, networking, and telemarketing
8. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
Requirements
1. 1 year or more of Automotive Sales Experience (Required)
2. Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed
3. Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
4. A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
5. Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clients
6. Ability to meet sales quotas and closing percentages
7. High school diploma or equivalent
8. Must be authorized to work in the USA
9. Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
10. Must have a valid driver's license
