What you will do
Based in the UK, the Senior Learning Technologies Consultant is responsible for preparing and maintaining the technical tools that support the end-user experience for training, including creating and uploading strategic patient data profiles that align with the client's custom benefits and high-impact workflows. The role also involves designing, creating, and reporting on eCoach, an embedded contextual tool that offers clinicians just-in-time support when using the system.
Other responsibilities include:
* Building and testing complex local configurations on the train domain
* Improving and executing test plans and scripts
* Managing creation and loading of patient data sets
* Troubleshooting complex issues on the train domain and consulting with others to resolve them
* Consulting customers on best practices for design and maintenance to ensure end-user readiness

Required Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
* At least 2 years’ work experience directly related to the job, including application configuration experience
Preferred experience
* Knowledge of Cerner Millennium applications or equivalent EPR
* At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
* NHS experience
* Willing to travel to client sites as needed
* Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
