About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Warwick to recruit a Behaviour Mentor. This is a full-time role with an Immediate start, fixed term until the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support behaviour management strategies
* Deliver behaviour interventions
* Promote positive relationships
* Work alongside teaching staff
Pre-requisites:
* Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
* Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
* A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
