Finance Manager
Location: Malvern
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Immediate start
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Our client, based in Malvern, is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing the company's finances and supporting its continued growth.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
* Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
* Ensure statutory compliance, liaising with auditors, banks, and HMRC where required.
* Oversee payroll, accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
* Deliver financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth.
* Lead and develop a small finance team.
* Drive efficiencies by improving processes, systems, and reporting tools.
Candidate Requirements
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (or QBE with significant relevant experience).
* Strong track record in financial management within a commercial environment.
* Excellent understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and reporting standards.
* Analytical, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
* Confident communicator with proven leadership skills.
* Proficient in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
