We are actively recruiting experienced Patient Care – Sales Advisors to join our team within our Contact Centre in the City Centre of Kingston upon Hull.
Each day will vary; however, the core components of your role will include:
* Engaging with patients who have attended a surgery consultation, discussing the life-changing benefits of vision correction surgery.
* Providing clear and supportive guidance, addressing patient concerns, and overcoming objections.
* Managing your own diary, scheduling follow-up calls with patients, and ensuring all appointments are booked correctly.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and care while building trust with patients.
* Ensuring all patient information is accurately recorded and that patient queries are handled promptly.
* Working closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience from initial consultation to post-surgery follow-up.
Essential skills:
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with patients.
* Achieving and exceeding performance targets related to patient conversion rates, appointment scheduling, and follow-up success.
* Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates and patient satisfaction, ensuring goals are met.
* A proactive and empathetic approach to customer service.
