The Axis CLC group of companies is embarking on a journey to create a single unified ERP for both trading entities which will modify business processes to align to efficient best practice and give a platform for future acquisitions. To ensure that we incorporate these business process changes in our quality management system documentation and move to an integrated QMS to cover both ISO 9001 and 14001, the Quality Assurance team are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor. The post holder will be part of the ERP project team with a remit to produce QMS documentation and design audit testing regimes to ensure the accreditation under ISO for the group is maintained through the change process. The role will report to the Group CFO.

We have recently implemented Access PeopleXD and need a HRIS Systems Administrator on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract (potential to extend). You’ll provide post-implementation administration, owning stability, data quality, light configuration and reporting, so HR operations run smoothly and securely. You’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for HR, Payroll and IT, coordinating fixes and minor enhancements through a simple change-control process and release/UAT cycles.
Responsibilities
* Run & maintain: daily admin, user/role management (RBAC), audits, data validation/housekeeping, defect triage & resolution.
* Data quality & controls: enforce naming/structure standards; dedupe/cleanse; manage retention & access in line with UK GDPR.
* Enhancements: configure fields, workflows, forms, notifications; manage change control, sandboxes and release notes.
* Upgrades & UAT: plan test cycles, prepare scripts, coordinate business testers, sign-off and deploy with minimal disruption.
* Integrations: monitor file/API feeds (payroll, ATS, SSO/IdP); raise/resolve interface issues with IT/vendor.
Requirements
* Mandatory: hands-on Access PeopleXD systems administration experience.
* Strong understanding of HR processes/data structures (org, positions, comp, absence, recruitment).
* Confident with configuration, troubleshooting and report building; comfortable reading logs and validating fixes.
* Nice to have: basic SQL/Power BI, SSO/IdP concepts, payroll/ATS integrations, and ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow).
