We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and hardworking Tanker Driver (Class 2) to join our Interceptor and Drainage services team.
The role
The successful candidate will have a positive approach to supporting our quality maintenance services across the UK within the petroleum industry. Successful candidates must have a flexible approach to overtime requests and be prepared to work away from home as required, sometimes tramping in the truck. Eurotank operates within hazardous environment on live petrol station forecourts and you will work to high standards of health and safety at all times, so adhering to our health and safety policy is a priority at all times.
This is a full-time and permanent role and the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
* Carry out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance and maintenance of our customer’s drains
* Hold a valid CPC Card
* Comply with Driver hours and WTD Regulations
* Have no more than 6 penalty points
* Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise
* Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality procedures
* Maintain standard of company service vehicle and equipment
* Accurately record work details via internal and client systems
* Communicate effectively with clients and ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
* Be flexible in your working hours
* Truck driving for 1 year (preferred)
* Experience working in the waste and/or drainage sector
* Vacuum tanker / water jetting experience (full training will be given)
