Role: Technical Project Manager
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
Salary: Up to £60k - office based
Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the Tech Industry seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a high-performing technical team and oversee day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a technical team
2. Oversee delivery of projects and operational activities
3. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
5. Support strategic planning and team development initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
6. Proven leadership experience in technical or professional services environments
7. Must have experience and a key interest in People Management as well as the commercial aspect of the role
8. Proven experience in leading Projects and Project Management
9. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
10. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support business growth
