An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager with 2 years’ experience to join a well-established care services provider. This full-time role offers a starting salary of £50,000 for 40 hours work week and benefits.
Role Overview
As a Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of care delivery and drive growth within the service.
Responsibilities
1. Leading daily operations across care provision, compliance, and business development.
2. Identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand services.
3. Developing and motivating a high-performing team.
4. Building strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals.
5. Overseeing rota planning and core HR activities.
6. Upholding standards of person-centred care and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, General Manager, or similar role.
2. At least 5 years’ experience working in the care sector.
3. Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management or working towards it.
4. Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
5. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
6. Valid UK driving licence.
7. Right to work in the UK.
