As a Central Restaurant Reservations Agent,
you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests' dining experiences are
nothing short of exceptional.
Responsibilities:
* Handling restaurant and bar reservations with
precision and efficiency.
* Collaborating with supervisors to organise
seamless table plans for each shift.
* Managing reservations and bookings for a
variety of special events hosted across our hotels and restaurants.
* Providing in-depth knowledge of Firmdale's
establishments, including menu details and daily specials, to assist
guests in making informed choices.
* Delivering top-class customer service by
anticipating and exceeding guests' needs.
What you Need:
* Previous experience in a similar role,
preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy
in reservation management.
* Strong organisational and communication skills
to coordinate effectively with team members.
* A customer-centric mind-set, with a genuine
desire to provide unforgettable experiences.
* Enthusiasm and a positive attitude that shines
through in every interaction.
