Responsibilities
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for...
* Raising invoices, including reconciliation and validation of all those raised
* Transaction processing
* Ensuring all transactions raised are in line with controls and processes
* Dealing with account queries promptly to ensure no effect on billing cycles
* Assist the credit controller with monitoring sales ledger balances, and resolving account problems to ensure timely settlements of debts
Requirements
As a Finance Administrator, you will need...
* 2 years or more of experience in a finance role
* Ability to manage time effectively, working to deadlines
* Knowledge of accounting software and Excel
