We are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join a busy design team in the Hampshire region. In this role, the Project Engineer will lead the delivery of custom, standard, and operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to specification. Key Responsibilities: * Manage custom, standard, and operational projects through all design stages, including prototype manufacture and product approval * Act as the primary technical interface with customers, providing regular updates on project progress and issues * Own and maintain the Project Register and all associated design documentation * Coordinate and oversee product testing during verification and validation stages * Lead project meetings to track progress against milestones with internal teams and external partners * Work with sales and technical management to develop project plans, timelines, and resource estimates * Resolve component availability and obsolescence issues in collaboration with the design team Requirements: * Degree qualified in a Design Engineering discipline (electronic, mechanical, or software engineering with electronics experience) * Practical experience in the electronic product design lifecycle * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Excellent communication skills for liaising with technical teams and customers * Previous project management experience and knowledge of product approvals and certification is desirable but not essential If you’re ready to develop your career as a Project Engineer in the Hampshire area, delivering challenging projects with real technical impact, apply now
