We are seeking passionate SEN / SEND Tutors to support young people with SEND, SEMH, and other additional educational needs in Dorset. Multiple positions are available, and we are hiring continuously to meet diverse requirements.
About Us: Our mission is to enhance the quality of education for vulnerable children and young people with SEN/SEND, including MLD and SLD. We support children referred by local authorities and schools, providing holistic, trauma-informed tutoring to foster engagement and improve educational outcomes.

Role Responsibilities:
* Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other needs
* Support students' educational and social-emotional development through holistic, trauma-informed sessions
* Prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
* Complete reports and provide feedback on progress
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
* At least 2 years of teaching experience
* Experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or related needs
* Knowledge of safeguarding policies
* Enhanced DBS (assistance available if needed)
* Two professional references
* Right to work in the UK

Employment Details:
* Position as a Worker, providing short-term engagements on a contract-for-service basis
* Paid via PAYE; no set hours or expenses covered
* Insurance provided; this is not a self-employed role
