A welcoming primary school in Smethwick is looking for a dedicated Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team and support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis. In this role, you'll work closely with the SENDCo to deliver targeted interventions, help pupils work towards their EHCP targets, and provide consistent, tailored support that helps children feel confident and ready to learn.
