In this key role, you'll act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology, leveraging your knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management to deliver impactful solutions across the enterprise. From leading functional design and solution architecture to resolving complex incidents and mentoring team members, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supply chain systems. As part of the team, youll: Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations and leadership on leveraging the capabilities of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to business stakeholders Act as a key liaison between business key users and the technology team for investigating, analysing and implementing SAP business solutions (including documenting and mapping business requirements, analysing processes, identifying business change gaps and developing the necessary SAP configuration modifications to satisfy business needs) Produce end-to-end solutions for new and existing projects (blueprints, gap analysis, functional specifications, build and test management etc.) Support Incident and Request process ensuring calls are resolved in an appropriate time according to their priority Able to investigate issues from a technical perspective, using trace/debugging tools to identify root cause for problems and subsequently fix the underlying issues Why Join Exertis?
