We have an exciting new opportunity to join the all aged People’s Brokerage Unit as a Brokerage Officer, to support the vulnerable Children, Young People and Adults Social Care customers of Derby City. We are an enthusiastic, friendly, and supportive team, who strive to achieve the best for all our customers.
As a Brokerage Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting Children's and Adults Social Care and NHS colleagues by identifying, arranging, and securing suitable packages of care and support for customers across Childrens and Adults Social Care. You will work closely with Social Care colleagues, NHS colleagues, care providers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the needs of our customers are met effectively and efficiently.
