In a newly created team, this role will assist the Reward Strategy Director in shaping and defining the strategic direction of reward across Flutter International and Flutter Functions (Group ex. US). The role will help the Reward Strategy Director to develop innovative and cohesive reward solutions for shared challenges and measure return on investment of reward initiatives in place. The role will work collaboratively with other members of the wider reward community, particularly those within the Flutter Functions and Flutter International divisions, and those in central teams.
What you'll do
* Building and maintaining knowledge of the external market and practice amongst other similar companies.
* Assisting in tracking reward KPIs across the various locations and functions.
* Building and maintaining internal models on uptake of reward programmes and reward-related retention challenges.
* Supporting team ad-hoc and project work, including contribution to cross-divisional reward initiatives and integration projects, as necessary.
* Supporting the critical thinking around integration of new business during M&A, both pre- and post-acquisition.
* Monitoring the delivery & impact of key strategic projects against agreed KPIs.
* Assisting with the development of clear communications plans & collateral to cascade to across regions/brands.
* Project managing the delivery of strategic reward projects.
How you'll do it
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Strong written & verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work at pace, prioritise workload and work fluidly in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong data management and analytical skills. Previous experience of providing data management and analytics support within an HR function would be beneficial.
* Experience of explaining policy and process to employees and other internal collaborators including via written and verbal communications as well as through the creation of workflow documentation, charts, infographics etc as relevant.
