Midday Supervisor
Salary: HCC HA Scale 2 actual salary £12,804 per annum including outer fringe allowance, based on 22.5 hours per week, term time only
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10.00am to 2.30pm, term time only
Start date: As soon as possible
* Full-time equivalent salary = HA Scale 2 £24,362 per annum (including outer fringe allowance of £706pa)
We wish to appoint a person with energy, commitment, a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with students. Midday Supervisors are valued members of the school community and play an important role in ensuring that students feel safe, secure and happy during their breaktimes and lunchtimes.
Duties will include:
* Responsibility for the supervision of students aged 11-18 throughout our split breaktimes and lunchtimes
* Supervising lunch queues
* Supervision of all areas both inside and outside where students are during breaktimes and lunchtimes
* Cleaning up spillages and requesting students to pick up their litter
* Ensuring that students are kept safe at all times in accordance with child protection guidelines
* Adhering to the school's policies
* Carrying out reasonable instructions by duty staff and the Headteacher
* Assist with cleaning the dining area after breaktimes and lunchtimes
