Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the business. The role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Filing, scanning, and general document management
* Supporting invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounts administration
* Scheduling appointments and updating calendars
* Assisting management with general office duties
* Maintaining a tidy and organised office environment
Skills & Requirements
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office / email systems)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional and confidential approach to work
* Previous office or administrative experience desirable but not essential
