36 hours, 52.14 weeks per year, Fixed term until 31 March 2026

Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support associated with the delivery of the Council's HR Services.
* Key the contractual changes to the HR/Payroll system (currently i-Trent).
* Produce associated contractual documentation.
* Advise managers and employees on key HR policies and processes including recruitment and selection.
Qualifications
* Well developed communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in information technology including Microsoft Office.
* Good understanding of data protection principles with tact and discretion in handling confidential information.
* Experience of working within a busy HR department or similar environment, and experience/knowledge of dealing with contracts of employment and related documentation; training will be provided.

This will be a full-time temporary appointment until 31 March 2026. This post is subject to the Council's flexible working policies and is operated on a hybrid basis.
